Mentors
Our mentors are successful, experienced and advanced in their profession and industry. There are currently 7 mentors in the program, and that number will increase.
Our mentors are paired up with mentees based on the mentees interest or involvement in sports, education and entrepreneurship. A mentor is expected to provide information, resources and a commitment plan for mentees. This commitment plan offers mentees a complete guide on how to pursue their dreams or passion. A few of our current mentees plans range from being a leader in sports, plans to go to college, being a role model to others, or becoming a community activist.
Mentors provide mentees with real insight and an analysis of where they are in life and where they want to be.
To become a mentor, a mentor must have:
- A detailed background check.
- References.
- A company portfolio which includes a website, social media sites and testimonials.
- Be actively involved in their professional industry and community.
- A commitment to our program and foundation.
